This Is Me

My name is Linnsey Sires, and I believe massage therapy can have a phenomenal impact on your life. Massage therapy has personally helped me through the grueling process of training for multiple long distance races, become more grounded and connected to my body and inner self during times of transition and pain, and support me through an “at risk” pregnancy with a diagnosis of perinatal depression (hormones are a tricky beast).

My passion for massage therapy runs deep. Since 2007, I have been practicing as a licensed massage therapist, providing customized massage and support for my clients using a variety of modalities. I love reading, researching new material, and learning new skills to keep my massage fresh and new for my clients. I'm a trauma informed therapist who specializes in prenatal, postpartum and pain management massage. I truly understand the vulnerable aspect of massage therapy and therefore feel fortunate when people let me into their lives to help.

I became a massage therapist to help others recognize that life does not always have to be this big race. That it's ok to rest and take care of yourself, that the best and sweetest things happen in our lives during moments of stillness. As my Grandma Helen (love of my life) always said, "Don't worry about it, sweetie. It'll still be there for you in the morning."

When I'm not working with clients, I'm hanging out with my most favorite humans, my husband, Dylan, and our two beautiful sons, Floyd and Bo. We love to hunt zombies and Big Foot in the woods, read stories, have dance parties, and engage in massive pillow fights. My boys have been receiving massage since they came home from the hospital, and Mom enjoys a nightly foot massage from Dad at TV time. Dad gets free massages, so don't feel too sorry for him! It's great to know that I'm raising humans that already have an awareness of how impactful therapeutic touch is. I look forward to connecting with you.
